Tile Inlays. Landscaping Boulders. Sandblasted Rocks.

A photo gallery of past projects I've made with the waterjet that include mirror cutting, tile cutting, glass cutting, landscaping rocks, landscape signs and rubber stencils. Logos made of steel can also be built and anchored to boulders and flat stones.

Landscape Boulders

I built metal lettering that anchored into this landscaping boulder for FMC Corporation.

A landscaping rocks at the entryway to a Park in Idaho that had me cut their logo, paint it, and anchor it to the face of the stone.  An easy way to change rocks into landscape signs.

Sandblasted address rocks

I cut 1/8" rubber on the waterjet for a mask and then sandblasted this onto a rock.

A customer had me personalize this stone by waterjet cutting a rubber template and then sandblasting & painting the design onto the surface to create a landscape signs.

Custom Tile Inlays

Waterjet cut tile inlay of a custom grizzly paw print for a home restoration in 2011.

Waterjets can cut two different colored pieces of tile and you can inlay them into a floor or wall to add some unique designs for tile cutting projects.

Mirror and Glass

Custom built coffee table. Steel frame, glass top with an elk inlayed in mirror.

Waterjets can easily cut glass and mirror.  This custom project was a steel coffee table  with a glass top and an elk made of mirror inlayed into the glass.  Tile cutting is done the same way.

Rubber Flooring

An 8 ft flooring inlay I waterjet cut for Wall2Wall Carpet in Pocatello, ID. Made from 1/8" rubber.

This Bengal inlay was made by waterjet from multiple pieces of colored rubber flooring.   Tile inlays and tile cutting are done the same way-just using different flooring materials.

Industrial Cutting

A test cut of refractory fire brick I cut for a customer to show the waterjet's cut quality.

I can also cut industrial projects on the waterjet such as this piece of refractory fire brick. Tile cutting, landscaping rocks, mirror and glass are cut in a similar fashion.
